Exchange Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our products, which include natural and functional food items, we do not offer refunds or returns.
We only offer product exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Products that have been opened, consumed, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including:
Return shipping
Reshipping the replacement product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped within a reasonable processing time, subject to availability.
